Annual Meeting & Board of Directors

The next INPGR, Inc. Annual Members Meeting is scheduled for: Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 12 noon sharp. The Board of Directors Meeting will immediately follow after adjournment of the Members Meeting (@1pm or so).

If you have items you would like added to the agenda, please let Mike Purcell, President or Mike Buettner, Secretary know by 1/13/2018.

We will have four (4) Directors of the Corporation to elect, with Mike Purcell, Mike Buettner, and Larry Cooper's terms expiring, as well as the open position stemming from Angel Badillo's resignation earlier in the year. All Director Members and Captain Members will have the right to vote as provide in section 4.3.1 of the By-Laws. Directors are elected by a majority of the voting members at the Annual Members Meeting.

With Chief's decision on Nov. 20, 2017 to step down as the Indiana State Captain at the meeting on Jan. 20, 2018, as provided in the By-Laws, Section 8.1, the Board will need to elect someone to serve as the new State Captain for a two year term beginning January 2018 and ending January 2020. In order to accomplish this, it is preferred that the Captain Committee provide a nominee(s) to the Board of Directors.

We are asking all members to consider submitting nominee requests for open Director and State Captain positions to Mike Purcell, Pres. of the BOD, or to other BOD Directors, their appropriate Sr. Ride Captain, the Asst. State Captain, or State Captain. Contact emails can be found here:
